How to stay safe during the pandemic

The Pandemic has been hard for all of us, but we have some ways for you to stay safe and stop the spread

We know that life during a pandemic can be stressful, boring and uneventful. You want to hangout with friends, go on vacations, and in general just get back to normal. But COVID-19 needs to be controlled if we want to get back to normal in the future. To help you stay safe and prevent you from catching the virus, we have created our top tips for staying safe during the pandemic.

Tips to Stay Safe

1. Wear a Mask : We know that you have probably been told this every time you leave your house, but wearing a mask is one of the most easy and effective ways to stop the spread. Simply by wearing a mask, you reduce the chance contracting the virus because it is mainly spread through talking, coughing, and sneezing.

2. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds : Washing your hands in warm water for at least twenty seconds with soap is an effective way to get rid of the germs on your hands. Make sure to wash your hands before and after eating and after entering the house to avoid spreading unnecessary germs!

3. Socially distance by at least six feet: Six feet has been proven a safe distance to stand from another person to reduce the chance of contracting germs from them. Remember, by standing apart, we are standing together to stop the spread.

4. Have fun! : Quarantine is the perfect time to spend with family and enjoy activities indoors. Whether it's playing a new game, starting a new TV show or making a new recipe, use quarantine to learn something new!
